You'll also learn about our commitment to student achievement and fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.  We'll ensure you have all the tools and knowledge you need to thrive in your new position and make a positive impact on our community. Student Support Professionals Institute (SSPI) - 2026

Student Support Professionals Institute 2026 is a dedicated professional learning event planned specifically for FCPS Student Support staff, who play an essential role in cultivating and enhancing student well-being across our district. Recognizing the critical nature of support that extends beyond academics, this institute brings together school-level student support staff for a day of connection, learning, and skill-building.

Our theme, "From Seeds to Trees," is a powerful metaphor for our daily work. Just as a seed requires the right environment, nutrients, and care to become a strong, flourishing tree, our students require structured support, empathy, and evidence-based interventions to reach their full potential. This conference is designed to give you, the dedicated "cultivators" of that success, the tools and shared knowledge needed to make a lasting impact.
