Student Support Professionals Institute 2026 is a dedicated professional learning event planned specifically for FCPS Student Support staff, who play an essential role in cultivating and enhancing student well-being across our district. Recognizing the critical nature of support that extends beyond academics, this institute brings together school-level student support staff for a day of connection, learning, and skill-building.

Our theme, "From Seeds to Trees," is a powerful metaphor for our daily work. Just as a seed requires the right environment, nutrients, and care to become a strong, flourishing tree, our students require structured support, empathy, and evidence-based interventions to reach their full potential. This conference is designed to give you, the dedicated "cultivators" of that success, the tools and shared knowledge needed to make a lasting impact.

Register for the 2026 Transportation Professional Learning Hub.  This is the hub for Bus Drivers, Bus Monitors, Mechanics, Autobody Workers, Dispatchers, and Data Assistants.

Register for the 2026 Special Education Teacher Professional Learning Hub. This is the hub for the following teachers: Learning & Behavior Disorders, PATHWAYS, Moderate to Severe Disabilities, Highly Structured. The following groups are welcome to join: Achievement and Compliance Coaches, Teachers of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Teachers of the Visually Impaired, Registered Behavior Technicians, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and School Psychologists.

Register for the 2026 Law Enforcement Professional Learning Hub.  This is the hub for LE Officers, Sergeants, and Dispatchers.

Professional Learning Hub for Finance and District Administrative Assistants

Register for the 2026 Elementary Professional Learning Hub.  This hub includes all elementary classroom instructors, curriculum instructors, kindergarten, elementary PGES Coaches, principals, and administrative deans.

Please keep in mind, carpooling is recommended to cut down on traffic and parking congestion.

Register for the 2026 Middle School Teacher Professional Learning Hub.  This is the hub for all middle school teachers (classroom instructors, adjunct, consumer life sciences, language arts, literacy, reading, math, science, social studies, and technology) and Middle School School-Based Leadership (PGES Coaches, Principals, Admin Dean).
